Until further notice, City Hall remains closed to the public. Compliance to COVID-19 mandates has created longer permit processing times.

Inspections: there are two ways to schedule or request an inspection: Via online Permit Portal or call the Inspection Request Line at 425-775-9694. Please have your permit number and address ready. The recorded message will prompt you to state the necessary information.

Intake Appointment Requests are responded to in the order they are received. Please allow at least 5 business days for a date and time confirmation for your appointment. 

Your project must have issued permits on-site, require workers to be six-feet apart, and have a developed exposure control, mitigation, and recovery plan. Washington State Department of Labor & Industries will enforce requirements for contractors to comply with comprehensive COVID-19 exposure control, mitigation, recovery plans and safety practices.

Passports: The passport office will remain closed until further notice.
