Annual Evergreen Awards Nomination Deadline May 31

The City of Mountlake Terrace is accepting nominations for its ninth annual Evergreen Awards program that builds community pride, enhances the city’s image, and promotes conservation.

The city started this program in 2009 to recognize property owners who take great care of their properties.

Mountlake Terrace Receives High Credit Rating

Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings (S&P) has assigned its ‘AA+’ long-term rating to the city’s 2018 Civic Campus bonds, the second highest rating S&P provides.

Bond proceeds will finance the construction of a new city hall and the police station’s expansion.
